1. What is the length of the Associate Membership?

18 months from the date of signing the Associate Agreement

2. What training will I receive?

You will receive training on ADA system, procedures and ethics via email dictation. If you require extra PI training    you will be entitled to a 15% discount on our standard training rates.

3. What materials do I receive when I first start my Associate Membership?

All ADA Business templates are included with the Alpha Detective Agency Associate Membership (this includes     but is not limited to: Terms of Business templates, rate cards, agreement to proceed templates, invoice templates  and affidavit templates).

4. Do I need to pay ADA head office any Royalty Fees?

No, as an Associate Member you only need to pay a Yearly or Monthly subscription fee. 

5. Can I charge my clients my normal rates or do I need to charge ADA head office rates?

As an Associate Member you are free to set and charge the rates you wish to charge your clients.  

6. Will ADA head office provide me with clients/leads?

ADA head office receives jobs on a national basis, we either send this to our franchisees, associate members or to other selected PI contacts. Franchisees and Associate members receive priority in any work we send out for their territory area.

7. Will I have a Web Page on the alphadetectives web site?

Yes, you will have one web page maintained on the ADA web site for the length of your membership.

8. Will I have an alphadetectives personal email account?

Yes. You are also able to choose your email add (i.e. joe@alphadetectives) from a list we will provide you.

9. What is the cost of an ADA Associate Membership?

This depends entirely on the amount of services you wish ADA head office to undertake for you. Please contact    David Clare via the email link below to discuss your requirements.

10. What services can I request from ADA head office?

ADA head office offers the following services for Associate Members: Business appraisal days, marketing advice, training services for new Investigators, an Independent arbitrator service for client complaints, 180 degree feedback    on your business plans, advertising on all ADA media, priority territorial sending of work, a discount of 15% off standard ADA training rates and Networking facilities.
