We feel that process servers should have a practical approach to process serving with the ultimate end goal of getting your process served no matter what.
Outstanding quality, exceptional service and dedication are not just words at Alpha Detective Agency they are at the heart of what we do and who we are as a company.
We have process servers strategically located all over the United Kingdom in order to serve your legal documents ‘quickly, efficiently and legally' with the minimum of fuss, we can even arrange for process service overseas if required.
All Process Serving instructions are undertaken by an in-house process server or one of our vetted fee-earners.
Alpha Detective Agency's Process Servers will do the following for you:
· Agree a fixed fee before instructions are actioned
· Collect documents from court or your office if needed
· Undertake immediate attempts at service if required
· Make varied attendances on different dates and times
· Provide regular communication with you from start to finish
· Confirm service with detailed affidavits/statements of service
If you need urgent service of legal documents such as Injunctions and Orders we can take instructions and then attempt service immediately.
Process Serving is as much an art form as a skill, good Process Servers will do whatever it takes to ensure your process is served legally, quickly and efficiently. At Alpha Detective Agency we have the correct trained process serving staff on hand to get your papers served with minimal exposure.
